MHRM Program Launch
A new Postgraduate flagship Program named "Master of Human Resource Management" started as a two-year four-semester full-time self-financing regular course with training, research, seminar presentation, Group Discussion, and viva-voce components.
International Teaching Assignment
Overseas teaching assignment completed by Dr. J.K. Sharma in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for one full academic session.
UGC Refresher Course
Under the UGC academic staff Orientation Scheme, a Refresher Course on "Contemporary Managerial Challenges" was organized by the Department.
XLRI Executive Lectures
Dr. J.K. Sharma was invited to deliver expert lectures on General Management at XLRI to ETA Star Group executives, Dubai (UAE) - A Multinational Company.
E-Content Development
Dr. Rajan Handa contributed as Subject Expert to prepare 25 E-contents/E-Courses produced by EMMRC Jodhpur under UGC-CECNME-ICT Project.
International Conference - Bangkok
Dr. M.L. Vasita presented a paper on "An Exploratory Study to Measure Entrepreneurial Leadership Influence Tactics" at the 4th International HR Conference on "Managing People Sustainability" held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Major Research Projects Completed
UGC Major Research Project on "Talent Management Practices in Higher Education Institutions" completed by Dr. S.P.S. Bhadu. Another project on "Need Identification for International Tourists Visiting India" completed by Dr. S.C. Sharma.
